Local Singapore Delivery & International Shipping
FREE LOCAL DELIVERY
Sakura Auto Models is offering free local delivery within Singapore for most of our items. In some cases, the item packaging exceeds the Singpost's parameters for the normal package, there will be additional charges involved. We shall put that information down in our product description.
We will be dispatching the parcel by ourselves and will take photos for every shipment as proof of delivery. Before shipment, we ensure every single item are intact and free from defect (or specified). However, we will not be responsible for any damages caused by shipping.
If you want to ensure your product to be delivered in a safer and faster manner, we also offer alternative shipping method with an extra cost.
Local Shipping
- For orders in stock, we ship out within 2 working days upon payment is confirmed.
- For pre-order goods, please note the expected arrival date of goods. Upon receive the final payment, we shall arrange delivery via SingPost or J&T Express within 2 working days.
- A tracking number is NOT provided for normal Singpost package. Should you require a tracking number, please choose J&T Standard Services.
- If your order is worth more than S$60 (net) on a single transaction, free tracking services will be available to you. (subject to availability, we have the right to switch courier company if necessary)

For local standard postage, must fit into the box provided and not above 2kg.

If your order includes PRE-ORDER items, it will only be shipped once all of the content in your orders are in stocks. If you would want in stock items to be shipped first please order them separately.
In the event that the shipping fees are insufficient, additional fees will be billed to buyer via PayPal or Bank Transfer.
All of our tracking numbers are trackable via SingPost Tracking.
Sakura Auto Models will not be held responsible for late delivery, damage or loss of parcels by the courier provider.
