1.    Q: How can I order 
A: You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to cart, login and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive order summary to your email. Order summary will also be stored to your account.


2.    Q: What payment methods can I use?
A: You can use all the major Credit Cards, Paypal, Paynow(coming soon), Bank Transfer or meet up to pay cash.

3.    How can I become a VIP?
A: Just click the bright pink box on the left bottom of your screen. There is no minimum spending to become a VIP. Please refer VIP page for further details.  

4.    Q: What should I do if the payment is not accepted?
A: Please try again in a little while. If the payment is still not accepted, please verify your account balance. If everything is as it should, but you still can't make the payment, please contact cs@sakuraautomodels.com notify us about the problem. We can manage the order manually.


5.    Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: We offer international shipping with recorded delivery via Singpost. Items will be shipped within 3 working days and Tracking number will be provided. Please email or chat with us to understand more on the shipping rate. 

6.    Q: What are the delivery charges?
A: For most items, we offer free normal package delivery by Singpost. Other delivery methods (such as registered package, Speedpost) are available with an extra cost.

7.    Q: How can I get offer of bulk amounts?
A: We offer discount on different items on a regular basis, you can enjoy such offers by becoming our VIP.

8.    Q: Do you have the product in stock?
A: Most the products which are shown on our site are available. Should the products be out of stock by the time you purchase, we shall refund the full amount to your original payment method .

9.    Q: How to contact customer service?

10.   Q: Can I return and refund a product?
A: We do not do a refund for items that are damaged during shipping. However, if the wrong item is delivered, we will do a full refund after receiving back the item in its original condition or replacing it for you if it is still in stock.

11.    Q: Cancelling of Orders?
A: All sales are final and no cancellations are allowed.
