For Pre-Order, please kindly refer following steps for reservation.

Step 1) Add product in you cart. The amount shows on the product is indictaing the deposit amount only. 

Step 2) Can choose either Paid in FULL or Deposit Only (usually S$10), payment can be made on the site. Any promotions offer or discount will be deducted at checkout. Please contact us if you are not clear or have questions about this.  

Step 3) Please provide your name, mobile no. and delivery address details at checkout page. A confirmation reference will also be given to you. If you choose to pick up along North East Line, please also drop the prefered MRT and time down at the Order Note Section. We shall contact you (via Whatsapp) to confirm the time.

Step 4) When the stock is arrived, we shall notify you (via Whatsapp) to pay the remaining balance. The Remaining Balance can be paid by PayNow or Bank Transfer. Unfortunately, the remaining balance will not be eligible to accumulate membership points. 

Please kindly do so within 5 working days, or we shall reserve the right to see this as an abandon order. Deposit is not refundable or transferable.

Step 5) Upon receive the final payment, we shall arrange delivery via SIngpost within 2 working days. We shall also whatsapp you the dispatch photo as proof of delivery. 

Please note all orders will be on first come first serve basis (according to final payment time). In the event we are unable to full-fill your orders for any reasons, we shall notify you via whatsapp and offer a full refund of your paid deposit via original payment method.
